This course provides essential knowledge and practical skills for safely performing work at height on roofs, towers, steel structures, platforms, and construction sites.
The training is delivered at our certified Polygon training facility, where participants can practice real-life scenarios in a controlled environment designed specifically for work-at-height training.
The program follows the Polygon Singing Rock methodology and combines theoretical instruction with structured practical exercises that develop competence, confidence, and safe working habits.
Training Experience
Practical exercises are carried out on training structures designed to simulate real working conditions such as roofs, towers, and elevated platforms. This allows participants to develop safe movement techniques and correct use of fall protection systems under instructor supervision.
Training in a controlled environment allows participants to focus on learning correct techniques while gaining confidence before applying them in real workplaces.
