The training focuses on reducing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries through safe manual handling techniques and ergonomic principles.

Principles of safe lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
Risk assessment using the TILE method (Task, Individual, Load, Environment)
Working in awkward postures and with handheld tools
Warm-up exercises and injury prevention strategies

Who Can Attend This Course?
This training is designed for individuals who are preparing to work in the wind industry or who need to maintain their existing certifications.
Before attending, participants should:
Be at least 18 years old on the first day of training.
Be in suitable physical condition to take part in practical exercises and safety-related activities.
Ensure their personal details are registered in the WINDA database and provide their WINDA ID before the course begins, where required.
For refresher courses, hold a current certification that remains valid until the scheduled training date.
