WAH Training Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and course rescheduling at WAH Training Center (hereinafter "WAH Training", "we", or "us"), located in Brașov, Romania.

By registering for or attending our courses, you agree to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Payment Policy

Currently, WAH Training does not require advance payment for course registration. Payment is collected at the time of course attendance or as agreed for specific services.

In case advance payment is required in the future, the following refund rules apply.

3. Refund Policy

1. Full Refunds:

   • If a course is canceled by WAH Training, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid in advance.

   • If you have paid in advance and decide to withdraw before the course starts, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Course Rescheduling:

   • If a course is postponed or rescheduled by WAH Training, you may choose to transfer your payment to the new date instead of requesting a refund.

3. No Advance Payment:

   • Since no advance payment is required, registration without prior payment does not entitle you to any refund but ensures your spot in the course.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or course rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours before the course start date:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used.

5. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or failure to attend the course without prior notice.

• Any dispute regarding refunds will be addressed by WAH Training management in accordance with applicable Romanian law.

6. Changes to This Policy

WAH Training reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website www.wah.ro.
