The website www.wah.ro (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is the official website of WAH Training Center, located in Brașov, Romania. The Site is operated by WAH Training (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.

The Administrator reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the Site.

 

2. Description of Services

Through its various sections, the Site provides users with:

  • Information about GWO and other training courses;

  • Details regarding prices and schedules;

  • Educational and informational articles related to the GWO industry and work-at-height activities.

The information published on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.

2.1. No Online Payments

The Site does not provide online payment functionality.

Course registration through the Site represents a request for participation and does not constitute a final contract until confirmed by WAH Training.

Payment, where applicable, is completed offline based on a separate agreement or invoice.

The contractual relationship is considered concluded only after written confirmation by WAH Training.

 

3. Non-Liability Disclaimer

The Administrator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on the Site is accurate, up to date, and reliable. However, WAH Training does not guarantee that:

  • The information is complete, accurate, or always current;

  • The Site will operate without interruptions or errors.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. WAH Training has no control over the content, availability, or privacy practices of such external websites and assumes no responsibility for them.

Users access and use the information on the Site at their own risk. WAH Training shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the information provided therein.

4. General Rules of Use

The Administrator declares that it:

  • Will make reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Site;

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site, which may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons beyond its control;

  • May update or amend these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary, in response to legal, technical, or operational changes.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts)

5.1.Right of Withdrawal

If the registration for a training course is completed remotely (online, by email, website form or other distance communication), the participant has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of confirmation of the course registration.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the participant must inform the training provider in writing (by email) of the decision to withdraw before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

 

5.2. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal – Training Courses with a Fixed Start Date

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to training courses that are scheduled to take place on a specific date or within a specific period, once the training course has commenced on the scheduled date.

By registering for a training course with a fixed start date, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the training course is scheduled to start on a specific date, and

  • upon commencement of the course, the right of withdrawal is lost.

Where applicable, the participant expressly requests that the training service begins on the scheduled date and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the training has commenced.

 

5.3. Cancellation Before Course Start

Withdrawal or cancellation requests submitted before the course start date may be accepted under the conditions described in the Cancellation and Rescheduling section of these Terms and Conditions.

 

6. Cookies Policy

– the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.
