GWO Advanced Rescue Training – Single Rescuer Nacelle, Tower & Basement (SART-N)
The GWO Advanced Rescue Training – Single Rescuer Nacelle, Tower and Basement module prepares participants to carry out independent rescue operations within the wind turbine structure.
Through focused theory and practical training, participants learn how to safely rescue injured colleagues from nacelles, towers, basements, and confined spaces when operating as a single rescuer.
Key skills include:

Conducting independent rescues from nacelles, towers, and basements

Evacuating casualties from enclosed and confined spaces without assistance

Safely rigging and operating rescue systems as a single rescuer

Managing casualty movement, head support, and evacuation routes

Applying sound judgment, communication, and human factors during solo rescues
This module is ideal for technicians required to operate with a high level of independence and responsibility in emergency situations.
Duration: 4.5 hours (1/2 day)
Validity: lifetime
Valid GWO ART-N Advanced Rescue Training, GWO BST Working at Heights, GWO BST First aid, and GWO BST Manual Handling module WINDA records are prerequisites for participation.
