GWO Manual Handling (MH)
The GWO Manual Handling module is intended for wind technicians and personnel who perform physical tasks in wind turbine environments.
The training focuses on reducing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries through safe manual handling techniques and ergonomic principles.
Training includes:

Principles of safe lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling

Risk assessment using the TILE method (Task, Individual, Load, Environment)

Working in awkward postures and with handheld tools

Warm-up exercises and injury prevention strategies
This GWO Manual Handling module promotes a safety-conscious approach to physical work, helping participants maintain long-term health and mobility.
Duration: 4h (1/2 day)
Validity: 2 years
No prerequisites for initial training.
